I was searching for insurance on my Flagstaff house due to my current agency refusing to cover it due to a high fire rating. My agency gave me 10 days notice so it was important that I get something quickly. I contacted Daniel and he gave me this big long speech about himself having a great reputation in the community. Initially, Daniel got me a quote quickly that was good. It turned out that the company he found would not insure the house because it was a second home. He said he'd look into something else that would cost me more. I said that was OK and I never heard from him again. Knowing that I was in a bad spot, it was very poor of him to not to get back to me. I don't know why Daniel thinks he has a good reputation and do something like this. I guess people standards are pretty low to think highly of him.
