It's been about 6 months since I decided to choose State Farm Insurance as my auto insurer. From the beginning of my experience, I felt that the Agents in the office were friendly, professional and down to earth. I ended up working with Kyle when I was trying to decide if I wanted to switch from another lower cost insurer. He was upfront with the pricing and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary policy. Eventually, because they were upfront with me, I decided to go with Statefarm. I'm from Northern California and I also have a term life policy for me and my mom, but was unable to contact the original office because the owner retired. Kyle got me into contact with the new office that took over my policy and I was abke to get my mother into contact with an agent up there in person. Suffice to say, I am really satisfied with my experience with Statefarm in Lemon Grove and I highly recommend considering this office if you would like to switch insurance companies.

P.S. I also saved some money on my policy because I decided to sign up for rental insurance with Kyle today... Highly recommended.l!
