Dave and his team have always been a delight to work with. Lowry insurance was able to get me better auto insurance prices than my two previous insurance agencies, even when opening a policy. I’ve insured many different vehicles here through State Farm and Hagerty at Lowry Insurance and have had nothing but good experiences. Dave has always been willing to explain any questions I’ve had about insurance and has went above and beyond to make sure I fully understand the ins and outs of my policies. This has been probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You incorrectly listed the same lender for all three of my properties from the start, which led to payment delays, which led to one escrow increasing by over $500 a month, our primary home policy getting terminated, Allstates replacement policy put in place at a premium increase of $1,628, and David's agency acknowledged that these issues were caused by them, but Allstate refuses to reinstate my initial policy. David won't even take the time to reach out to me about it, even though I left a message requesting he call me, and he was cced on another email on the matter.
