I recommend David Public Adjusting without any hesitation. We were being ignored by our insurance company after Ian and the stress of trying to get a settlement was overwhelming. Our house was hit by a tornado and there was extensive damage. The David team was very professional and MUCH more thorough in their assessment of the damage relative to the insurance appraiser. After several months of persistence and follow up, David was able to deliver a settlement that was more than 2X the initial offer and much more in line with the real costs. Overall a great result!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Chaim at David Public Adjusting!!!
I met Chaim when he was in my neighborhood assessing the damages from Hurricane Ian.
At that time we had roof damage and our white privacy fence was all but destroyed- our insurance company had awarded us a pitiful amount- only enough to fix the fence (with used fence parts). Chaim set up a meeting with my husband and myself and gave us lots of education and advice. He also gave us hope when we had no idea there was hope- we trusted him to take the lead. He fought for us (really hard) because our insurance company was making it very difficult to recover our losses- which we could never have done ourselves- finally we received a check for 7 x the amount of the first check!!!
Everything that Chaim said was true, and he gave us excellent advice, and always kept in touch with us.
I’m so thankful that we put our trust in him and his company. I don’t know what we would have done without him- all I know is we would never have been able to replace our roof…
