David and his staff are a dying breed! True tax planners! Most in the industry are simply paper pushers for the IRS. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that David actively learned new IRS code, helps implement tax savings strategies and understands how to PLAN, not just data input. If your lucky enough for them to work with you, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend!

We were very disappointed with the poor quality of customer service we received from David Raff and company.this is the last time we will ever use their services again. Marci Did a brilliant job preparing our taxes.she is very knowledgeable concerning taxation law and quite competent at running the numbers,however, for the Obscene amount of money they charge for there is no excuse for making us wait until April 15th, the dreaded tax-day deadline, before we could pick up our documents. My wife was home in bed with a cold so I drove in that Monday morning to sign and get the documents. Lee Ann and another young woman behind the counter said we both had to sign. I asked if I could sign for my wife, but Lee Ann said "No, call her and tell her to come in." She arrived about 20 minutes later in her pajamas and understandably upset. She explained she had gone through her phone record and found no evidence they had tried to call despite Lee Ann's contention they had called multiple times. My wife asked, "Why couldn't you have emailed me like Marci did?"at which point Lee Ann snapped at her and said, "Stop yelling "and then tried to put my wife in a time-out "saying, "You need to go over there and sit until you can calm down. "Really, Lee Ann. How dare you. Who the hell do you think you are? You have no right to talk to your clients that way this is no way to run a business, especially while charging such exorbitant prices. I know of several other tax accounts out there whose prices are reasonable and they don't abuse their clients.

My mom has done her simple individual taxes for more than a decade. Today they told me it would be $800 for a simple tax return. Ridiculous! I may have agreed but there person at the front desk was so dismissive and cold that it put me off. I’m sure they are fine for a big business but they lost mine.

I highly recommend David Raff & Company. Mr. Raff is very knowledgable, responsive, and detail oriented. He made what could have been a very complicated tax return an easy process. 5 stars for customer service and quality of work.

Unbelievable....I tried this place, paid a lot to help with a few years back taxes. They filed my paper work and was going to have them help with some other things. I recently had unfortunate family complications and have been out of touch for about a month. These people straight sent me a letter saying that they were terminating services. I called and told them about my family issues and stated I would still like to move forward with everything,i didn't even owe any money. I was requesting service. Even after asking"are you basically telling me to go somewhere else for tax representation?" the lady responded "yes, absolutely". I could not believe the blatent disrespect and lack of customers service. David should really consider his staff a hindrance to his business. I wouldn't refer anyone here.
