There's always an excuse as to the internet and computer being slow. I was told to cancel my policy with progressive in order to move my autos with my home. I did and then my autos were never combined. I called several times and no one did their job. This isn't the first time someone couldn't call me back either. I was a customer for yrs!!! Don't waste your time or money. Find someone else who's competent enough to do their job. Never again!
