I am very grateful for the recommendation I received to hire Nick from Day Adjusting as my public adjuster for the damage my house incurred due to hurricane Ian. I had the privilege of Jason Holzem, of Day Adjusting to assist me after significant storm damage. He stayed with me to face inspectors from my insurance company and the over long, frustrating process of actually securing payouts. I found him to be absolutely honest and knowledgeable in all areas and I could count on him to answer questions in a calm factual manner. The interior of our house was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. We called Day Adjusting and they sent over Karen Nelson. She was so helpful and understood what we were going thru. She immediately called our insurance company to speak with our desk adjuster. There was no way we could have navigated thru all of the issues with the insurance company. Karen was always in our court, trying to get the best settlement possible. It took almost 2 years, but she kept at it until we finally received our settlement check yesterday. We got destroyed by Hurricane Ian Fort Myers September in 2022. We, as a new Board Of Directors for our Condo Complex had no idea how to recover.
