I was assigned to this agency by progressive when I moved to Alaska.
When I called to do some insurance changes the lady who answered was quite rude to me. We spoke for a short time and then she said she would have to look into something and call me back.
When I hung up my husband commented on how rude she was (the phone was on speaker).

I waited a bit and then called progressive directly to get everything taken care of.

She never called me back.
I will not call this office again.
