I received a notice by mail from this supposedly lender. I called them but I first checked thier reviews, which were good. When I called I spoke to a lady, who put me on hold for a few minutes. Than she told me that she was transferring me to a different lender. The company's name is Apex Financial.

Apex Financial is not a trusted broker because it is not regulated by a financial authority with strict standards.

I did speak to someone by the name of Alfredo who ask questions about my finances and SSN#. After 20 mins ge said that he would call me back in 20-30 mins. It has been 2 hrs and nothing so far. I called Debthunch and explained to them my issue and I was transferred to an answering machine where I left a message.

This company plays with time so that banks and credit card holders declare the cards as losses, but be careful, the one who is harmed here is the debtor, that is, the bank's client. The other problem is that while debthunch supposedly negotiates with the banks, one is paying a monthly fee to (debthunch) while your credit is destroyed. In my case, I found no choice but to cancel the contract for the supposed solution to my debts and I wasted my time, my credit was ruined and they kept my money, more than 3,000 dollars because when I cancel the contract, they keep the money. If you are thinking of calling these people to solve your debts, you are going to make a serious mistake, look for another alternative. It is better that you negotiate the debt with the bank and pay them directly. Sincerely, a debthunch client who was devastated with their supposed "solution."
