Mice ate my engine! Canan really came to my rescue when I needed to take my car in. It was too dangerous to drive and I had to get it fixed right away. Canan calmed me down, got me in touch with claims and handled my problem with compassion.

When you're freaking out it is great to have someone who is friendly and professional on the other end of the phone.

Dena and her team are great to work with and I am do happy I went with State Farm!

I was with another State Farm and they just were not what I wanted. I switched to Dena and the first thing she did was look over my insurance and determine that comprehensive coverage would be three dollars more per month versus the bare bones that the other person gave me (old car). I haven't had much chance to have to use Insurance, but she is always on top of things and when I have called with questions I always receive a prompt response. Also Dena is a really really nice person and I would recommend her to anyone!
