3 times I went in and wanted to switch from auto pay to manual and all 3 times they told me it was done and set up. The first month's I went in and asked to switch I paid in person that day. Only to see it auto pulled to pay AGAIN in the same month. I go in month 2 to pay in person because I was told from month 1 it was switched, but when I got there the guy said it was still on auto pull and had already pulled out. He told me he had switched it for me so month 3 should be a manual pay. I mentioned in month 1 how I was charged twice and he denied it saying it wouldn't of pulled if it was marked down as paid. Still denying it when I showed him my bank statement. Anyway month 3 comes around and I end up selling my car so I call and turn off. They say ok and they marked me down whatever... the day of auto pay comes around and it still pulled again! I do not recommend this place to anyone. This was just 1 of the many problems I had with this place

Insurance for my 2 Buick's was over $600.00 a month. I am in my 40's no tickets no DUI nothing. So I checked around and found the same full coverage for both Buick's for $400.00 less.

The service is horrible, They wanna try to ensure you for everything and not what you want. I wouldn't recommend them to my dog let alone anyone else.

37 years with State Farm canceled everything. Had home, property and multiple vehicles. Had a paragraph written but decided to take the high road! Let's just say I sure miss my old Agent!
