I just wanna say that in all my years of banking, this branch is the absolute best. Dymond and mahogany really care about the customers. They are so nice , friendly and professional. They both go the extra mile to help you! They are always smiling, which brightens my day. I wish every bank or financial institution had employees that respond to the customers in such a genuine way! We had a banking issue with our previous bank and needed to switch banks, Monique and Taryn have made the change extremely easy and have worked with us to make sure we have gotten what we needed while providing excellent customer service and just being good nice people to myself and my family, a great location we will continue to go here and look forward to the positive interactions at this bank and with their staff.

Closed account. Wouldn't recommend, or return. Edit: Sure can. You guys charged me 30.00 everytime an online charge was attempted on my card (3 times) when the money was not in my account for these attempts. When I went to close my account the guy said you guys can do that up to 4x a day. I cashed out what was left and closed my account. When I contacted an agent through my online messages you guys told me that I had overdraft protection and someone at the bank could have talked to me and helped me with those charges. Oh well, No one did! So thanks for that. At Chase you have until the end of the day to put money in before you are charged an overdraft fee and can contest it! You guys charge $30 for every attempt. You are worse than our other credit union intown!
