Haley was extremely helpful! She was professional, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions confidently and processed my payment and sent my receipt right away. She also called back in a timely manner after I left a voicemail to find out information about my policy. I would recommend DeWitt Insurance to anyone and was particularly happy with the service that Haley provided. Also, I cannot leave out the great service I received from the person who answered the phone and quickly, knowledgeably and efficiently transferred me to Haley who was my policy manager.

I've been with the same insurance company for over 30 years and never had a reason to shop rates until this year. When I received the renewal for my Homeowners Insurance this year, the rate had increased by 66% and I've had no claims in all the years I've been with them. I had worked with Stephen Harkins at DeWitt last year on a Builders Risk Policy and he impressed me with his professionalism and ability to customize a policy for my needs at very reasonable rates. I told him if I ever had a reason to change insurance companies, he'd be the first one I call. So, this year I did just that. Stephen was able to put together an insurance package covering my cars and home which provided better coverage, lower deductibles and a lower premium than I paid for last year's Homeowners coverage. And it's with an AM Best top-rated company. It's great to have Stephen working on my behalf to make sure I have the best coverage at the best rates. I'd highly recommend him for anyone's insurance needs.

In this day of everything being online and automated help desks, it is a breath of fresh air to have human contacts who know us and know how to take care of our questions and problems. Cathy & Jeff are always on top of our insurance needs and probably have saved us money along the way while taking great care of us.
