Chelsey worked diligently to explore all our options after Progessive raised our home and auto by $1600. Unfortunately, we have a young driver on our auto policy that caused us to keep Progressive as the lowest but she found a better homeowners policy for $800 less! Progressive auto tried charging $90 for a canceled monthly policy that I paid on time. Direct auto tried charging a $60 cancelation fee for 1 day of insurance after the representative said that there wasn't a cancellation fee for the 1 day. The calls are recorded yet they cannot explain why I received "misinformation". I've used progressive before and didn't have a problem. Now they're a money hungry scam! Do NOT use allstate, direct or progressive insurance.
