Jeremy with Disaster Recovery Adjusters is a miracle worker!! My sisters and I can't begin to thank this man for the work he did. We lost our dad and our family home back in Jan. of this year due to a house fire. As of month 4 plus the insurance company had yet to pay anything out. Awesome! Jeremy Wiseman of Disaster Recovery Adjusters helped my sisters and I after a fire in Jan 2024 took our father and childhood home from us. Our parents were meager, humble and always (for 50 years) paid their bills, including homeowners ins to a Co that states "they'll be there "-well THEY WEREN'T! If Jeremy hadn't been introduced to us, we would still be trying to navigate through this ins Co, trying to recoup what was owed to us. Jeremy stepped up, kept in contact with us at every turn and clearly explained what would happen next. If you feel you are not being treated fairly or getting what your ins Co is suppose to cover, I cannot recommend Jeremy enough, he knows insurance policies and will fight for you and will treat you like a good neighbor is meant to, with kindness and compassion. He definitely exceeded our expectations. Jeremy was timely, sincere, a great source of knowledge and professional with every encounter. I was extremely impressed with his professional experience not only with insurance claims/policies but also construction. To my family he was much more than an “Adjuster”. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of Jeremy and DRA! We had an unfortunate act of God happen at our home where a tree damaged our pergola, siding, windows, roof, doors, and personal items. I had a terrible amount of water damage in my home this past summer 2023. I was having a more than awful experience with the Insurance Company. I hired Disaster Recovery Adjusters and it was the best decision I made in regards to my insurance claim. Jeremy the owner was able to get more than 5 times the payment the insurance company was willing to originally pay me! He is incredibly knowledgeable about insurance policies, pushes the insurance company to pay what they owe and he is very quick to respond to my requests. I would highly recommend using this company. My only regret was not hiring them sooner!

I contacted Jeremy 6 months after I had severe water damage in Dec. 2022. I was dealing with my 3rd insurance claims adjuster. He was instrumental in guiding me through the process of assisting me with all of the coverages that are hidden in your homeowner's insurance policy. The only regret I have is that I did not contact him sooner. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience having held the positions he has in the past. His experience and work in the construction industry, insurance industry and also as an expert witness for legal teams sets him apart from any other public adjuster in the industry.
Prior to contacting him I read multiple reviews for other public adjusters to compare, and he stood out from the rest.
He is expedient in his response, patient in answering questions and easy to talk to.
The most important thing he demonstrates is that he sincerely cares about your situation and wellbeing.

Jeremy has been the greatest! He has kept us in the loop since the beginning regarding our claim. He had documented the damages, put us in touch with temporary housing, and made sure we were taken care of while our house is being restored.
The only delay has been from our insurance company but he has been on top of them to make sure we received what we needed for our home to be restored.
I highly recommend him for any home disaster.
