Please be careful. These reviews are from 5-6 years ago. The company lacks on communication and so the attorney’s office that they recommend. The client is not properly educated on the process and the they never answer their phone or return calls. My loss date 07/05/2020, confirmation was sent that a check was mailed and I have yet to receive my check.

Dolphin Public Adjusters helped me when I needed it the most. I was one of the many people that was left with a lot of damages to my home after Hurricane Irma. Had a major plumbing issue in the house. Damage to floor and cabinets. A really BIG repair! I contacted Dolphin Public Adjusters to get an idea of what the insurance process was going to involve. They came out the same day. Took their time to explain how to proceed on my own or with their assistance. There was no pressure to sign. I'm glad I did get their help. In the end I received a settlement that covered the repairs and I did not have to hassle with paperwork, claim forms, or negotiating with the insurance company over repairs that I did not know what those cost would be. with the purchase of my home came some severe problems with the cast iron pipes under the foundation. one pipe burst due to the rust and flooded my yard and cost me over 400 dollars in water. my insurance gave me enough money to fix the one pipe, but the problem is that i had multiple pipes with the same problem, the insurance company didnt want to pay out more since i already closed the first claim. dolphing public adjusters helped me re-open the case and got me enough money to fix the rest of the pipes and pay off the water bill. thank you dolphin adjusters.

i really hate dealing with insurance companies and their annoying
procedures, so when i noticed that the walls in my bathroom looked
more green than usual, i asked my friend if they new how to file a
claim for the damage. he said that dolphin public adjusters helped him

house. so i called them and they where very friendly and efficient at

i think god has been really generous with the rain and lighting because, he decided that my roof was WAY too water-proof and needed a little repair with some lighting. it worked very well and now i can take a shower in my living room when it rains. but i dont like a wet carpet so i called my insurace company and filed a claim. thye only gave me 1,250 to fix the roof, i dont know who taught these people math but the avarege cost for a roof repair is 3k to 4k. a friend refered me to dolphin public adjusters because they had similar problem with their uneducated insurance company. dolphin understood my case and was able to get me 5,000 dollars toward my roof repair, thank you so much dolphin!
