Doug has been my insurance agent for 20years. I am grateful to have a special guy on my team and who helps me with life's storms. Doug is amazing, he is always there for all of my car, home, and life insurance policies. He has been a true friend to me and my family. Sometimes I think I should switch, then I am reminded that there is no one that will understand my complicated life like Doug.😊

TLDR: Don't get insurance from Doug Glick of Farm Bureau. Your wife hit my car in the parking lot when I was getting homeowners insurance. You came out to me and said you'd take care of it. I got an estimate of $1400 from Extreme Body and Paint but you said it's too much, and the damage can easily be buffed out. You recommended getting another estimate from your buddy Boyce Auto Body and it would be cheaper. The estimate turned out to be around the same amount as Extreme Body and Paint. You told me you would only either cut a check to the body shop or $600 if a check is cut to me. You pointed out my car has hail damage like it's a piece of junk, the estimates from the body shop wouldn't increase the value so $600 sounds reasonable. I'm not getting the full amount because I don't own a business like a body shop. You said I was taking advantage of you because you had to file a claim like other people. Guess what, it was not your business how I choose to do the repair, not even Farm Bureau can tell me how I would choose to do the repair and you were telling me where to go? It also doesn't matter if my car had previous damage, the only thing that mattered was your wife hit my car. Scumbag.
