Josh is totally awesome! I was shopping around and was really frustrated trying to get a quote. I also happened to be stuck at work. My job requires me to be on the phone constantly, and I work during normal business hours. If I have to conduct my own business, it's usually done via text or email. Josh texted and started working with me. He asked what exactly I wanted, and he developed a policy that included EVERYTHING I wanted down to the last detail! He handled everything over email/text and even let me pay that way! He was so kind and understanding! I am extremely happy with State Farm based upon my experience with Josh!
