Doug has been servicing my family for almost 20 years. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. His service is unbeatable! If there’s a savings available to me he always points it out. If there’s something he thinks I need, he’ll suggest it but never be pushy. Doug is so personable. I feel like he’s a friend more than my insurance agent. He always ask about my kids and how things are going. I’ve stayed with Doug because he’s easy to work with, you can always get a hold of him and he always makes you feel like you’re the most important thing he’s got going on, even though I know he has a lot of irons in the fire.
