Doug and his team, specifically Nicole who helped me through the autopay system, were very helpful in explaining the package that I needed and found several ways to save me money on my auto and home policies. They were very transparent in what they could offer on my auto, and home needs and were honest when they were unable give me better rates than other providers for motorcycles. The website and apps were well explained and easy to set up by links Doug promptly sent out. They followed up numerous times with genuine concern that I was satisfied and taken care of completely. Very down to earth people and no pressure. After starting my home and auto policies with Doug, and agreeing that my motorcycle insurance was better served at another provider, Doug gave me some tips on where I should increase coverage on the bikes to better protect myself. Honesty and longterm customer satisfaction over making a quick sale is what it seems like Doug and his team operate on. All coverages were thoroughly explained and agreed upon before they even ask for your business. Give them a chance at earning your business too. I'm glad I did.
