This has been the best customer service I have ever received from an extended warranty company! I have called in about 5 times since purchasing the warranty and everyone that I have spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful! Both gentlemen that I spoke with today took care of my questions and concerns and resolved them once I reviewed and explained what was on the receipts. I did not catch the name of the first gentlemen, but he gave Dave the information and Dave reached out to me and was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reputable extended warranty for your RV!

A huge scam and a waste of money. I wish I was never pressured to purchase this insurance. I never wanted it and the salesman basically said I would be dumb not to get it, but now I’m the sucker. With what I paid, I could have just had my repairs done out of pocket and still had money left over. Poor communication and their reason to deny claims makes no sense. I’ll never purchase a plan from this company again and will advise my friends and family not to as well. Seems like all they have is a sassy answer/excuse for their unhappy customers instead of actually communicating with them.
Update: Again, the online name doesn’t matter. I did business with your company and am leaving my review. You have time to give passive aggressive online responses but lacking when actually communicating with customers dealing with claims. What is calling you after the fact going to do when you were deficient when I was dealing the claim in the first place The issue is remedied now!! You won!! You got a free $5k for a denied claim that was only going to cost $1k to fix. I could have kept my money since I paid for repairs myself. DOWC was a waste FOR ME and I’m allowed to say that without you claiming this is fake!

Do not buy any warranty in this place because they are a scam. All the people who are there are scammers. They lie to you. They sell you a warranty and in the end it does not cover anything. They only want to cover 900 pesos. I have had to put more than $1,700 out of my pocket to repair my car and fight with them. And still, at the end of the day, they put used parts in the cars. That is what they cover. They say they work with mediocre dealers. They are useless. Please review your contracts carefully because they are scammers.

I got to say it, I don't like visiting insurance companies, but Luis made the experience worthy. Easy guy to speak with, very professional and patient. Haven't get a good customer service like this in a long time. The guy knows his stuff, now I can say that I could deal with my car insurance claim easily in the future.
