We recently used Doyle to assist us with water damage to our laundry room and basement. I can tell you that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Christopher Schindle was prompt and efficient from the moment he took our claim. He was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain how the process would work. Unfortunately, our insurance provider was less than stellar in the handling of our claim. This did not deter Christopher and Doyle Adjustment one bit. They persisted with phone calls, emails, texts…..whatever it took to have our back to get our claim paid and paid properly. They kept us in the loop on things throughout the entire process, even if it was just a quick message to touch base to let us know where things were at in process. We were made to feel like their priority was getting us taken care of no matter what. I would highly recommend Doyle and Christopher to anyone in need of assistance with their property damage claim.

While I was initially glad to engage this adjuster on my water damage issue, it became apparent that they really don’t care about helping the customer. As other reviews have noted, Doyle’s communication sucks! Nothing happens until you call several times and continuously push your case and they’re definitely going to get your money through your insurance.
At one point, one of the principal owners and I got into an exchange and he threatened me and I knew it was time to part ways with them.
I would certainly never engage them again… EVER!!!! There are other adjusters who do a much better job so do yourself a favor and work with someone who communicates and can do the job.

Doyle Adjustment group overpromised and failed to deliver. Not only did they embroil themselves in a legal matter that they have no idea about they stopped communication and called the police on us when we went to the office physically to get information because they stopped communicating. This could have been resolved with a simple phone call. It is very easy to ignore someone when you have not lost your home or your belongings. Greed will blind people when their desire is to get over. I would encourage any wife to avoid this company at all costs. My husband who did not live in the house at the time of the fire nor did he lose anything nor did he make any payments towards the premium in 8 years decided to step in when we lost everything and claim ownership. I was told by Doyle they could no longer communicate with me (only after my mother’s review) because I am on the insurance but not named as the first person. I was also told there was an issue because my husband alleged that no forms were signed and he had no idea about the company. Somehow he has remembered all things and has made a fake 5 star review because this company decided to side with a lie, ill advise me as a wife who is on the insurance and also had to sign the contract and completely shut me out. Again greed. I was threatened to take the review down that my mom wrote (her own experience) and which I have no control over or Doyle would sue me because of my mother’s review. My husband has harassed, taken the door down on the house(that had to be boarded), broken a floor length mirror and destroyed the salvageable items we had left and Doyle did not take issue with this but decided to instead threaten me. Stay away from this company if you want peace of mind during an already difficult time for your family. Stay away if you are a wife and not named as a first person you will be ignored, disrespected and disregarded.

We had a sewer backup/ flood into the house and what a mess. I didn’t know where to start and someone recommended Doyle Adjustment Group. Champ and his company were a God send. They came in and just took over everything. They were here the next day cleaning up, doing the demolition and gave me a very detailed estimate on the repairs. The best and most important thing was they dealt with the insurance company and I did not have to do battle with them! Everything from beginning to end they did. All I did was make a phone call to them. This is my first ever google review that’s how much I believe in what they do!!

I would not recommend this company at all. If I can rate it zero stars I would. My family lived in their home for many years. Their home caught on fire a year ago and Doyle adjustment were hired but did not fulfill their obligations. My God mother has not received her check to fix up her home and it’s been a year now. This company will make it seem like they’re all for you just to get you to hire them but once you sign the contract they are different people. After being hired, they did not send out her claims and stopped communication. My God mother and god sisters has not been able to live in their home for a year. We have so many memories we shared in that home and it upsets me to watch my God mother and God sisters to go through this. They shouldn’t have to deal with this after losing everything in that fire. Doyle adjustment is not a fair company. Don’t waste your time with this company it’s not worth the stress nor time.

I have to say that Doyle Adjustment Group delivered every step of the way. They were contacted after a leak in my upstairs bathroom and got right on the case. The adjuster Chris that we dealt with was a true gentleman and a straight shooter. I was reluctant at first to turn in a claim for the damage (which was sizable and costly) because I had fear and anxiety of dealing with the headaches of the process. Chris handled everything for us in a timely and efficient manner and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Chris definitely delivered in turning a nightmare situation into a smooth and stress free process.
