Sari at Draxler Insurance in Cottonwood, AZ , is an excellent, excellent agent. She knows her products inside and out, and she always makes sure we have exactly what we need for our home and car insurance. And, remarkably for this day and age, Sari is in the office and answers the phone - in person - when I call. Then she takes care of whatever we need immediately and pleasantly.

I also get my business insurance from Draxler in Cottonwood, and the service on that side of the office is superb.

Draxler Insurance Sedona ABSOLUTLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ~ I highly recommend NOT using this company and if you do, don’t work with Gina. I had major problems where in April of 2018 I got a call from Gina saying that she was unable to get my insurance payment from my mortgage company escrow account and that if I didn’t send them the payment for the year that they were going to drop my insurance. Even though the funds were in my escrow account I had to pay it out of pocket and then go after my mortgage company for compensation. Then again in April of 2019 the same thing happened. Gina told me that the funds where owed April 3rd and that they were giving me a grace period to pay the funds.
This is Gina’s exact words when she emailed me on the matter:
I spoke with them yesterday (my mortgage company) and was told that since King Insurance is not in their system, they need to submit it for approval which can take days to be approved (if at all). We already sent them proof of insurance so I have no other document to send them that they don’t already have. She confirmed she had evidence of insurance yesterday.
I suggest you make the payment yourself so you don’t end up in another situation like last year. Since you are into your grace period for the cancellation, payment needs to be made in full. In her email she addressed herself as being Gina Alexander, but on Draxlers web-site her name is Gina Tortorello.

After this email from Gina I went to American Family Insurance and with-in 45 minutes they had a new policy for me and Alex from American Family Insurance got on the phone with my Mortgage Company and was issued the payment from my escrow account immediately with no cost out of my pocket.
