The DuPage Adjusters LLC team did a great job. Jason, my adjuster, gave an excellent professional presentation during my first meeting. He explained things step by step and was an outstanding communicator. He worked hard with my insurance company on my behalf accomplishing what another adjuster with another company could not. The team was very professional. My home looks amazing and Jason helped me pick the perfect color shingles for my home. I would highly recommend this team.

Great process throughout. DuPage adjusters worked with our insurance company to ensure approval. Paul was very responsive and sensitive to our needs. Scheduling was easy. Construction crew left some debris on the grounds of our house but the construction manager came out the next day to make everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. Roof looks great. Highly recommend.

Cannot sing praises to Paul Larson loud enough. Paul is fantastic. We had trouble with insurance declining a full roof replacement (they only wanted to replace 2 slopes) even though our shingles were discontinued and no longer available in size and color. Paul went above and beyond working with the city building code office to get the full roof approved. He could have easily given up and went with the insurance - again he went above and beyond. Our roof is wonderful. The DuPage crew did an incredible job getting the roof replaced in one day. They were finishing up 7 am to 7 pm. Made sure there was no debris or nails left behind. Would definitely use DuPage again.

We had our roof replaced and skylights installed this summer. Jason efficiently took care of the project from beginning to end. He professionally handled matters with our insurance company. Great experience. Provided a quote quickly, handled everything with our insurance company. Crew was very thorough and roof was completed in one day. They spent alot of time on clean up so no nails were left behind. very satisfied.
