We switched to Dylan Brown agency several months ago. Initially they saved us money, however I went in a few days ago to make changes in the policy and saved even more. I love what they give back into the community. They are very active, enthusiastic when giving back their time and talent! I especially appreciate it when they focus on the youth of our community.

Overall, wonderful customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Great insurance rates and definitely cares about our community.

In the beginning it seemed like this would be a great switch for our family. The quotes were excellent and lower than what we were currently paying. When the policies issued, however, the coverages were actually half of what we had originally been quoted, and the prices were higher. Someone had changed our coverages to try and match the original quote we had been given. When we asked to cancel the policies we got the run around and have called multiple times requesting a refund and that the policies be cancelled. This has been going for over a month and a half and still no refund and we’re still getting bills for the insurance we requested be cancelled. I would really like for this to be resolved and I didn’t want to resort to this as I am typically not one to complain, but this needs to be fixed!

This is the only agency that was able to insure me without being too expensive. If you need am SR22 this is the best agency to go through. Dylan is always available and explains the amount your paying, and why. He updates you when your policy changes, and saves you money.
