I called Dynamic Adjusting Firm and they handled my pipe burst claim for two properties in
(Elgin, IL) Their representative Rey educated me and explained the contract and hassle free claims process! I knew that these types of losses can appear to be a quick fix but in the long term it can harmful to my tenants and mold...

They handled everything from the mitigation, dealing with my insurance (All State), and the restoration to get the both properties back to its pre-loss condition!

Had trouble with them when they installed my roof 3 1/2 years ago. They said one thing and did another. I now have leaks after only 3 1/2 years and they gave me the runaround and told me to get someone else. Definitely would NOT recommend.

My mom had a leak so i reached out to Rey at Dynamic Adjusting firm. He promptly responded and was able to temporarily repair the roof to prevent further damage. I then entrusted him and Dynamic to deal directly with the insurance company on my behalf. Dynamic met with the insurance company and was able to get the roof approved to be replaced. My overall experience was A1 and really appreciate the quality of work , professionalism and customer service they provide.

I strongly recommend Dynamic to all my friends for any home repairs specially with any denied insurance claims Rey at Dynamic will help you. I filed a claim with a major insurance company and was approved but only for temporary repairs and that’s when Rey jumped in and took over handling my claim because the claim agent would not approve the full replacement of my roof. My experience with my insurance company was terrible because of lack of knowledge when it came to the policy fine print. Rey thank you again you got me my new roof approved and installed. I couldn’t be happier.
