I’ve never had any issues with this Agent and I’ve been with them for years. My issue was with Allstate Roadside Assistance services. I contacted them at 12am, my family (with small children) and I had a blow out 3 hours away from home. The ETA for the provider Xtreme Towing (Montgomery, Alabama) keep changing (3 hours) and eventually no one ever showed. They didn’t answer any of my calls. Leaving us stuck on the side of the road for over 4 hours before having to call the police for help.
The emergency roadside assistance representatives all were no help at all. It’s very frustrating to have services that you pay extra for every month, such as roadside and the services are not rendered.
It was by far one of most horrible experiences I’ve ever had to encounter. As a customer, when you think “emergency roadside assistance” you expect such services and unfortunately that was not provided.

Over the past 12 years Earnest has been great as our insurance needs changed: bought a house, changed cars, bought new term life policies as our old ones expired, and so forth. Always helpful and more interested in understanding exactly what we needed than in upselling us.
Then my wife died earlier this year and Earnest was very patient and helpful as I had to file a claim on her life policy and make changes to homeowners, auto, and my life policies. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs an insurance agent.
