We were so devastated when our restaurant burned down last year and we find it hard to understand what losses our insurance company will pay. However, one of our customers, referred us to a public adjuster, Brian Evans, of Eastern Public Property claim and Risk Management. Brian walked us through our policy and explained to us in details what is covered and how to approach the insurance company. We discovered that we were under insured and to rebuild our restaurant, we need double what our policy would pay out. Fortunately, with Brian's help, we managed to squeeze an additional 50% more from insurance; which reduces the amount by thousands of dollars to rebuild! Brian also offered to help analyze the insurance coverage for our other stores so we will not be caught under insured again - for Free. What great service!!

We had a terrible experience with our contractor when we did second floor extension of our house. The contractor did not secure the tarp properly and there was a heavy rain, all the water came inside the house and destroyed pretty much everything. Insurance company was giving me a run around. A friend of mine at work recommended Eastern public and I contacted them. Brian from Eastern public started working on my case and mediately got us into an apartment. Some thing which I was trying to accomplish for past month. He pretty much took care of everything from the beginning till the end until our house was completed which took about a year and we moved back in.

Honestly eastern public were a godsend I don’t know what I would have done without them. Even till this day if I have any question or concern I reach out to them and they respond immediately.
