Mayra is a wonderful agent who works in Ed's office. She is extremely efficient with communication, and recently help resolve an ongoing and frustrating issue with my prior Geico policy. Whenever I send in a request, I can count on Mayra's nearly immediate response. I just wanted her to know how greatly appreciated she is. I switched over to Ed Bowen's Insurance services in 2021 and could not be happier. Their staff is professional, efficient, polite, and know their products well. I particularly enjoy working with Mayra, who is absolutely one of the most patient, competent, and responsive individuals I have ever worked with.
