Nice people, but I tried to move money out of an account and national rep said I had to go to the branch to move money out to a different broker. I called this branch, told them the same thing and they told me to come in. I go in and tell the nice office lady I wanted to trasnfer money out and then I meet Brandon and tell him the same thing. He tries to sell me on staying with Edward Jones, but I tell him I want to transfer money out. Then he says he can't do that and I have to do that through my broker. Thanks for wasting my time and three representatives of Edward Jones not telling me what I need to hear and just trying to sell me on their services. I was not impressed.
