MS Berkemeyer is a rude women that needs to work on her professionalism and communication skills. She is either exceptional at making people money to the point that she can be rude (even suggesting we move our account to somebody else because she had the wrong contact information) or she is just a rude person. Either way she needs to take a course on customer service and professionalism.
