I walked in to get info about investing for myself, my son who has special needs, and another son who is active duty in the military. It was 2:10pm where it says they are open where you don’t need an appointment, Saturday’s are appointment only. Well I walked in and there were four of them sitting in the lobby and they all looked at me like I was interrupted their day by just walking half way thru the door. I just turned around and said I just you are having a meeting. If they don’t have time to even say “Hello” then they are not getting my money. I am a retired Veteran with rental properties who has money to invest. Maybe they looked at me and judged me but they lost three customers in less than 10 seconds. I would not recommend.
