If my experience is any guide you will be completely satisfied when you pay Alex. He completed our 2018 taxes for the price estimated in a completely professional manner. A bit about the process: We started with a free, 15-minute consultation to determine whether Alex could help me. During this call, he gave me an estimate of how long it would take him to address my situation at his hourly rate of $325. Before Alex began work on my issue, I paid half of the upper end of the estimate upfront and Docu-signed an engagement letter.

Alex took his time collecting all of my pertinent financial details and kept me apprised of the projected timeline throughout the process. We concluded with a scheduled call where Alex presented me with a very organized, well-thought-out PDF showing potential outcomes considering different variables. He spent an hour and 15 minutes patiently going over the PDF with me and answering every question I could come up with at the time.

Since our scheduled call, Alex has remained available via email and phone for further inquiries. He is always friendly and eager to help. And when he can't come up with an answer or explanation on the spot, he researches it and follows up with what he's found.
