Elite adjusting group came out and Did a complete tear off and replacement of our roof. Mikolaj and his associate's Certainly made the process very easy us, they worked with the insurance company, and all that entails. And sometimes, that can be the most time consuming, difficult or most aggravating.
Matt, a member of their team, came out and explained the roofing material, and all the other details going into a replacement of a roof.
Their work was completed in one day, their clean up was amazing, we had no complaints from our tenants and when folks returned back home in the afternoon, there was no trace that anyone had been there to do any work, Until we actually took a look at the roof.
We highly recommend Elite adjusting group, Mikolaj and his associates were awesome! We certainly have them in mind for other future projects🇺🇸

We were not sure whether we needed to file a claim with insurance. But these folks got on the roof, looked closely at the aluminum trim and worked with the insurance adjuster to identify damage from a hail storm. So many things needed to be repaired. Had we left it, we could have had problems when selling down the road. True professionals. Would highly recommend.

What a great experience! They were professional and honest. There are a lot of companies out there who claim to do the same thing and don’t seem legitimate. Elite explained everything clearly and went out of their way to work around our schedule. The roof looks great and the process was seamless!

Elite adjusting was fabulous. They handled all contact with the insurance company. They were very effective in getting a full roof replacement including two skylights, aluminum trim and window wraps, as well as a double garage door replacement. The whole experience was stress free and timely. Highly recommend them. I could never have gotten the insurance company to be as fair if I tried to do it myself. I then used Elite exteriors, a sister company, to do the work. Very satisfied with them as well.

I do not belive the 5 star reviews are legitimate, or true! It could be possible that they may have been written by family, friends and or employees for all anyone knows. Do not use this, or any company that has you sign a contract that gives them total control over the insurance money, (which is your money) because, in my case the money was the only thing that seemed to matter and my deductible. Too many things to list, this was not a good experience for me and my wife. If you do use them TRY to get them to give you an Written estimates, good luck with that one. Their workers did not look, act, work, nor dressed like skilled tradesman. Handymen and women at best, to me it seemed like they were just good people looking for work and make some money.
