HAPPY THAT ELITE RESOLVED THE CLAIM after insurer ANNOUNCED dropping the coverage...... EXTREMELY UNHAPPY that Elite Claims paid His & Hers Roofing , Orlando,Fl. the full amount (75% of insurance payout) MONTHS BEFORE ANY WORK IS SCHEDULED. It removes me from any control or approval. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE !!!

Outstanding service! Bryan with Elite Claims fought for almost a year to have my roof damage claim approved after being wrongfully denied several times. The professionalism and persistance paid off and my claim was finally approved and my new roof, fully covered by insurance, will be installed in early 2024. If there were 10 stars I would have given them. I worked with Ally Hilbun on hurricane damage to our roof. She was nothing short of amazing. From the time I talked to her, to the time of settlement was no more than 6 weeks. We had previously received an extremely small offer from the insurance company for our roof replacement. She really understands what she is talking about and seems to know how to produce great results, quickly. She gets back to you quickly and answers all your questions. I got Ally's contact information from a friend and neighbor who had the same great experience. I hired her directly and will not lose her number.

Due to hurricane Ian my insurance company obviously did everything they could not to payout for damages to my home. So I hired Elite Claim Services. I initially was dealing with Alley and then as the journey continued Taylor the bull by the horns and worked very hard. She answered any questions I had and is very knowledgeable and continues to make sure things go smoothly. I can’t thank her and her team enough for the dedication that they have and making it easier as a home owner. They are the company you want in your corner to fight against insurance companies. I initially had contacted my insurance company to receive a payment due to hail damage to my roof. They outright denied the claim, even after a repeat inspection and photo proof of damage and months of going back and forth with them. Then I went to Elite Claims Consultants for assistance. TLDR of this review: Elite Claims and Bryan Radtke got my insurance to fully approve a new roof.

My contractor and I went to Elite Claims to receive assistance in working with the insurance company. Once they took my case, they fully took the lead and handled all further dealings with the insurance company, which was perfect because I was exhausted dealing with the insurance adjusters by that point. Elite's account manager, Taylor Jossi-Soto communicated with me frequently throughout the process, explaining to me how things would work and giving me updates regularly.

Bryan Radtke, Elite's public adjuster who took my case, contacted me quickly after taking my case and thoroughly explained the way he was going to fight on my behalf with the insurance company. He regularly updated me on the progress and made sure I was informed. After how adamant the insurance company was to denying any existence of damage to my home from hail, I am genuinely amazed at Bryan's results. Due to his persistence and exhaustive work, the insurance had to honor their contract and accept my claim. When they finally admitted damage, the insurance only initially paid out a few hundred dollars, a pitiful amount for the work needed. Bryan went back to them repeatedly until they paid out the full amount needed to replace the roof.

If Elite and Bryan hadn't represented me, I was at the point where I would have given up and conceded that the insurance wouldn't ever pay for my damaged roof. I would recommend Elite Claims to anyone who needs to file a claim with their insurance, in order to have the claim accepted and maximize the money the insurance pays out.
