I have had little contact with Envoy since my account was initiated by my employer many years ago. Now, as a retiree, I have found it necessary to close an account and use the money for home repairs. I guess everyone has their own experience. My employer chose this company, therefore we had no option. However, our experience with them has been pretty good.
