I’m really glad they came up to our house, it was fate! We knew we needed to fix our roof but we didn’t know what to do, and then they came to our door and explained the whole process, (we never open the door to anyone, were very introverted) and I felt like this was what we were asking for, and I had a good feeling about them.. Jonathan was always available to answer our questions and our worries. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

I recommend Equity Adjusters to service your roofing repairs. Jonathan, Kaleb, and their contractors addressed all my questions and concerns before the project started, during the removal and installation of my shingles, the removal and reinstallation of my Solar panels, and the final inspection after completion. Kaleb made this process really smooth. He was personable and available whenever I had questions. He really negotiated well to get me a new roof and new gutters. He also arranged for my solar to be taken off and reinstalled. The solar company they used were really awesome. The roofing company that was used did leave a large amount of nails behind but that is more of a knock on the roofing company and not of Equity Adjusters. I am glad EA stopped by and did a free evaluation and helped me with getting a new roof due to hail damage.

Equity Adjusters saved us. After a hail storm damages our Gazibo and one solar panel, our insurance company only sent money to replace them and not the roof singles of the house. I talked with Equity Adjusters and not only did they get the roof replace, they got my siding and garage door as well replaced. It didn't cost my anything more than the original cost to submit a claim to the insurance company, the first time.

Thank you Equity Adjusters for making it stress free, where I just needed to have patience and let the process play out over months.

Clint Retz happened to stop by while I was outside enquiring if I knew of any hail damage to my homes roof. I knew there had been some. I agreed to let him inspect which he did. He agreed that there was hail damage and a new roof was in order. Went over the documentation with him. Insurance adjuster showed up a few weeks later. No rep from equity adjusters. Insurance agent left. Rep from equity adjuster came. Rep was mad at adjuster. Never heard from anyone from equity adjusters again. 0 stars if able.
