To be honest. We totally misunderstood the assignment on this. However, they almost doubled what the original cost was on fake and made up fees. When I kept referring to the summons paperwork, they kept saying we don't know what youre looking at. You know exactly what I'm looking at. This is definitely not a business you want knocking at your door. $233 dollars should not transpire to almost $500. Glad this is behind us. Will not be back again!

I started receiving calls from an unknown Montana number back in February of 2020. The calls became harassment. When I found out it was “Brian A“ from equity management I tried calling him. He refused to give me any information regarding why he needed to “meet up” to give me paperwork. He told me he was right down the street from my place of work and said he could stop by.. I told him I could be terminated for that and that my place of work didn’t authorize me to have that kind of contact during my paid hours. At this point I became frightened because some man knew where I worked and was trying to find me. He called my place of work and when they didn’t give him any information I came home to find his business card taped to my front door. Once the pandemic started things got quiet until I started a new job and lived in a new home in which I had not registered or reported on any platform. I then received a call from my former place of work saying he showed up. He then showed up at my new place of work and although I was there, I was assisting on a surgical procedure and couldn’t come to the door. He left his card again. The next day he showed up to my new, very remote home while I was away and spoke to my boyfriend. Two mornings later I noticed a car following me and turned into my place of work before business hours and this car pulled in after me. It was Brian. He met me by my car and gave me no information, just served me papers. Prior to this encounter I tried calling the company to speak to a higher up. This man also refused me any information. I now have very limited time to respond to my serving and was given no information on how to do so. This harassment, stalking and refusal of information violates the fair debt collections act. I was scared and lost during this whole ordeal and I will not let it go, as should no one who has had a similar experience to mine.

Absolute scum of the earth , tried on several attempts to settle the balance but was refused on multiple occasions. Very rude and condescending staff the manager was down right vulgar and verbally abusive to my wife over the phone. I don’t know how these people if you can even call them people sleep at night. Constantly increasing interest. One year they cleared out the bank the day after Christmas. And still refuse to settle.

I use Equity for any and every type of legal service of process I need, and they ALWAYS GET IT DONE. I had to serve someone out-of-town yesterday when time was of the essence, and Equity got it done in less than an hour. I have used them almost exclusively for over six years for service of process in Western Montana and cannot recommend them highly enough. There's almost no one they can't find, and they've pulled my bacon out of the fire more times than I can count. They've become a crucial part of our law practice and I will happily continue to use them for years to come.

If i could give negative stars I would. Won't stop calling me at ALL times of the day and night. I just recently changed my number from am out of state number and Literally as soon as I walked out of the store they started blowing up my phone. I tell them every time to remove this number as I am not who they are looking for. If they can not even remove a simple number from an account I can only ima6what else they can not do.

These coyotes waited until 3 days before the 10 year statute of limitations expired on a previous writ and refiled. Collected 10 years worth of interest without a peep. Karma will prevail in the end.
