I requested fees on a Monday I believe, I got an out of office message stating she was out until the following Monday, but that here email and phones were being "closely monitored". I waited two days and no one contacted me. I call the number provided and a rude lady answered the phone as I was telling her the situation, she cut be off and abruptly said what is the address, just said "hold on" all this was in a rude tone like I was bothering her!
I stated to her that the email I received said they would be monitoring the email closely, then I got all the usual excuses, end of month, blah, blah blah..... now it is and no fees, I just sent another request for fees.
Title companies have two functions, sign docs and bake premade cookies in their easy bake ovens and.during, Covid, they did neither? Why do we need them!!!!

Closed on Wednesday 6/29, buyer on Thursday. Was promised funds would be in bank 7/1. Realtor got email stating closed and funded. 7/1, Nothing was in the bank, long holiday weekend. Check bank on 7/5 nothing. So i call them and the woman forgot to wire the funds. Says she will have it to me within 15 minutes. An hour goes by and still nothing. I have my realtor call and boom i get the funds. Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining. Won’t do business with them again!

This place is a joke. They managed to scan only 3/4 of a page on every single copy of my closing documents. It’s been a week and a half since closing and I still don’t have a correct copy of my closing documents. Do yourself a favor and find a different title company.
