If I could give zero stars this year, I would. Since they have changed over this past year, no one knows anything. No one answers the phone, the bills are all messed up, they dont actually have people that know how to write a policy, its scary that it has turned into such a mess and they are covering health providers:(

DOUG GEIGER IS SIMPLY THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE IS A CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE TO THE FULLEST, KIND, THOUGHTFUL AND RESPONSIVE. HE CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY PLACING A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND TOOK NEARLY AN HOUR DISCUSSING WITH ME ALL OF THE ISSUES TO OBTAINING MALPRACTICE INSURANCE FOR MY SPECIFIC NEEDS. HIS BREADTH OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE INDUSTRY WAS SO ESSENTIAL AND HELPFUL FOR MOVING FORWARD. HE WAS RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF MY QUERIES AND WORKED TIRELESSLY TO INSURE A TIMELY RESULT FOR MY PRACTICE.
