Allstate has been my insurance company for over 30 years on my home and cars, but I have had them on my car since 1975 when I was single and they have been very good and reliable. I think I have had a few claims over the years but recently I had a neighbor’s tree growing up beside my house and it was tearing up soffit on the edge of the roof and they said they wouldn’t cover anything so I had to pay someone else to cut the tree limbs off but parts of the soffit is a little damaged and I just thought as long as I have had insurance with Allstate insurance they could cover something. That’s my understanding but they don’t agree I would rate them at maybe 8 / out of 10 / saying 10 the best and 8 nearly the best. Steve Grubbs
