Our family has been use Erika services more than 10 years, everything was good until we add our new car 2 months ago, and they charged us $250 for just adding a car, and we were think than including part of our month payment, but not, it just Erika office charged to help add a new car. And this $250 not going to insurance company either. After 1 week we canceled the policy and they tell us we should get some money back, after pay the insurance company cancel policy, but they didn't refund any. And we still need pay almost $100 to the insurance company.
Just sharing our experience not waisting your money.

This place makes signing up for insurance very easy, with different prices laid out. They really work with you and your situation. I called and asked for a quote. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't give info over the phone at the moment. Karla Ruiz was willing to help me through email. She was very thorough and quick responsive. She was able to get me a great deal, with a great monthly payment for both my vehicles. Very much appreciated and highly reccomended.

DO NOT TRUST ERIKA’S!!! Roxanne was horrible!!! She exploited me as a young nuanced driver!! Roxanne and Ruth convinced me to get a really expensive insurance policy even though I have a clean driving record. I’m 23 and just moved out of home so this was my first time getting car insurance. As soon as I realized the mistake I made I tried cancelling the policy but Roxanne manipulated me into keeping there policy. After that something did not feel right so the next day I called to cancel the policy! I was told by Ruth that I could cancel the policy by signing electronically via email. That day she was not able to process the cancellation because it takes 24 hours. The next day comes by and I come to find out that I have to go in person the cancel the policy. Both Ruth and Roxanne are NOT honest! Due to their mistake I am not getting a full refund!!! I was only insured for 2 full days and that’s only because Roxanne manipulated me into keeping the policy! They also exploit Spanish speaking immigrants who are not aware of insurance policy prices!!! I was exploited and both Roxanne and Ruth used fear tactics to manipulate me into getting their horrible policy. I won’t even get my full deposit back and now they are charging me for the 2 days I was insured!!! Additionally, the insurance company they gave me has terrible reviews. Roxanne lied to me and said my insurance provider was so good that she wanted a policy with them but that she was rejected. The lies never end.
