Terrible service. They mentioned it would take them 5 business days to create a claim # to have a windshield replaced. After 6 business days still haven’t created a claim # and all they do when you call them is create a new request to start processing the claim #.
Our company uses them for Auto and Glass repairs. I will submit a request with our upper management to have them replaced immediately

I am honestly shocked that people hire this company. They stall all claims at every chance they get. You can't get a hold of anyone accountable on the phone, they just keep telling you to call the next person, then the next person, and so on. They make promises of re-imbursement and payment that are never met. How are they still in business? Someone needs to sue these crooks and bankrupt them.

This is the insurance company that represents Stark hvac, they are so cheap that they have to go through this insurance company. nobody has even came to look at the vehicle and all they want to do is pay half of the repairs if I sign off saying they have no responsibility in this accident!! We need to speak to someone that can get this fixed asap or this will be going to court!

One of there drivers rear ended me and now there insurance company does not want to pay for damages! because they have a cheap insurance company!!!!! There managers are rude and not cooperative! They are doing everything in there power not to pay me, after one of there employees was reckless! seeing how they use esis as an insurance company. They have had 147 complaints on the BBB within the last 12 months. The manager also said that she would delete any bad review I left. So i would suggest no one hire this company for any services. if you need a reference to a good hvac company I have recommendations for better companies on both insurance and hvac . Because the company above is worthless!

worst company ever.... as others comments , samething happen to me . they gave me several numbers to contact, but none respond to my messages. i filled out a report from them but , that is it.......this people looks that have a system that blocked my calls.... means look like I have to do something hardish in this company....]I m with you guys.

These Scumbags are also the Workmen's Compensation Insurance for Nissan north America! They are terrible, rude and hateful! They are thieves, thugs and liars. I shouldn't be surprised though after all, it's NISSAN!

This company client hit my car, and in a month have left multiple emails, phone calls and have received zero calls back. This place is unreliable they are still in business. No call back and my car sits at a body shop with no work getting done because of no calls back. Terrible company

This insurance client; Charter Spectrum hit my car front the side towards the bumper, but thankfully no injuries. However, these people with no form of decency or integrity whatsoever just sat in office and have the audacity to deny facts and claims. To imagine the fact that a so called 'big company' would try in every to cheat a common man in simple situation, is beyond appalling and disgusting. Much Thanks to wife, I had to allow myself to breath to allow peace of mind, and turning this to God after going through much anguish and stress. To everybody in this case that played foul and specifically to adjuster, Linda and Maryam Robinson, God is definitely going to get you either directly or indirectly. I rest my case.

If I could give them a zero I would. They do not return phone calls, never give updates, and it is going on 3 months since the accident and we have yet to get a settlement check. The car is just sitting in a tow yard.
