I’m not one to leave reviews unless there needs to be truth said about services. Really had high hopes for Kari and her team but unfortunately have been left on read/no response/ghosted. We have tried multiple times to get an answer. Started conversations back in December 2024. In March 2025 we heard back from Kari saying her hired help was not answering texts and that’s why she didn’t respond to us. From there we were under the impression she would help us with taxes. We imported docs into her system and asked what she need for new car (ev credit) and never heard back as of April 15, 2025. This is the second time I have trusted a CPA to fulfill their duties. Now we will file an extension and work on finding someone new. Be careful of the promises made as they have been under delivered.

I have never been more impressed with a tax preparation, or just a small business experience in my life. Bobbie not only was professional, quick, and knowledgeable with filing our multi-state military taxes, she also dealt with us needing to find information we didn’t know we should have brought and was extremely patient and understanding about our fussy toddler that was with us.

Lonnie did an Outstanding job on our taxes, and we are beyond impressed! For the past several years, we haven't been able to find someone who could prepare our taxes the way that we had hoped for, and then we found Lonnie, at Tax Pros and More!

We are very grateful for Lonnie's time and hard work, and especially his thoroughness. We finally found our "tax man". Lol! It was such a HUGE relief to not have to look over our taxes multiple times, and then go back and forth with (past) preparers who left items out, misplaced our documents, over-charged us, etc. I still can't get over how easy this was for us, and how very thorough Lonnie is. We look forward to seeing Lonnie next year, and I will spread the word to everyone I come in contact with, that's needing a tax preparer or help with other services.
