I didn't know Etna did MVD services and I'm glad I found out. Used them to transfer a title and it was fast and reasonably priced. I hope it stays a secret so I can get stuff done there that fast all the time!

Etna insurance is such an awesome agency!! They did an inspection for my vehicle, got me a bond, handled all the paperwork, and I got a bonded title for a vehicle I bought with no title ALL IN ONE DAY! Such a good experience with them! I will definitely be coming back.

I went to Ed back in 2008. He was always responsive and looked out for the client. We had a great relationship until last year. I had a bad experience with my homeowners group. I told Ed I wanted a new carrier. He funneled me to his "partner". She was totally unresponsive. Then my umbrella policy was cancelled, despite never having a claim. She was again useless. When I emailed Ed to ask for help, and nor be funneled to the partner, he responded that if I couldn't get along with her, he didn't need me as a client!!!
I have changed agencies, lowered my car insurance, got a better home owners carrier with better policy and lower rates, and got very competitive umbrella policy quotes. Don't know what Eds problem is ........

They used to be great when ED Kunkel ran the place! Now they don’t try to save you money on insurance they don’t care bad customer service! I went to my new place and saved 300$ a year the first day I was their great work that’s caring!
