Horrific. I went to reinstate my policy and the gentleman (believe it’s the mothers son) says “do u still live at 3*** granite” I said “no sir I actually moved to such Nd such address (not similar in the slightest- the two addresses-) he says “ok I’ll have to remember to change that. Well clearly he didn’t cuz they say now my policy is cancelled since the 20th. Never got a letter email...nothing . When I went in to figure out what what going on she literally yelled at me . I said excuse me u don’t think I have a right to be upset...not to mention there’s a difference in an aggrivated tone in a voice then “screaming” at someone. She’s DEF. a grown up... mAybe let’s start acting like one. Tryna think of a job that requires u to be unnecessary mean to people when they’re the ones who screwed up ... idk but I’ll keep thinking. Got it.... work from home so someone doesn’t have to be belligerent at people for no reason. Ps.... on the way out she said in a very low voice to ease her conscience “sorry”without meaning it one bit. Just don’t want anyone else to deal with how they treat people there.
