No idea who this company is, they send emails and you're unable to email back. They send it on weekends but aren't open weekends to be able to ask who the lender is, who requested assistance from lender ( which dealership) and when you provide your information it's a scam and says your information doesn't match. Will be reporting to bbb and my credit bureaus.

Worst banking
Experience I made a payment for my car loan and I used a new debit card and they ended up charging my old card which resulted on a fee and they would not waive the fee., So I was stuck having to transfer funds from a different card that takes days to transfer was going to result in another fee
Cannot wait to transfer banks! Because this one is horrible and do not care to fix their online banking.

Worst financial institutions…every financial company I have dealt with has a co-signer release form and apparently they don’t and ask you to refinance so they can take you off.. yeah okay and get rid of everything I have already given you.. so stupid.. be aware don’t make same mistake we made..

Terrible company if you have a total loss and you're upside down with them even though most of my loan is paid the want to charge high interest car note and incurr interest.. I asked can they lower my payment as I have nothing no car no way to get to work and Exeter is like oh well sorry..they certainly don't care they have no mercy for the clients and super rude customer service people almost every time I call.. Bad bad corporation beware!!! Predatory company for sure. No mercy or grace!!just cold hateful and greedy

By far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Their customer service is nonexistant. I had one of their employees hang up on me for refusing to do her job for her. They "lost" electronically signed papers that I have an email receipt proving they were signed then tried to say I didn't sign them. DO NOT sign a car loan with these thieves!!!

Well, I was charged by this company the other day. They took $6000 out of my account. I have never heard of Exeter at all and never gave them authorization to take my funds.

I called them and asked them to check their system and see why I'm being charged. They said I must have an account with them for them to check. However, I never had an account with them so I asked them to simply check their database and search for my bank account number since they obviously have that information since they were able to take the money from my account.

They replied that I should simply contact my bank and dispute the charge. This seemed ridiculous to me since I wanted to make sure this doesn't happen again and wanted to know why they took the money to begin with. I again asked them to check their database and search by my bank account number and again they refused saying they cannot give me any information whatsoever and that I should contact my bank.

I don't know much about this business but if they are unable to check their own database and determine why they charged me, I definitely wouldnt trust them to handle any of my business, loans or finances at all.
