David is heaven sent!!! He walked me through this process step by step and always kept me informed. Extremely knowledgeable, he knows his laws!! What adjectives can I use to describe David Dwyer? Awesome , amazing, tenacious , tireless, compassionate , just don’t seem adequate. David came to us like an avenging hero. He just really knows his stuff. He told us how things worked and how we can put things back to our advantage.
The insurance company had started out by denying our claim. We did get our roof repair approved after several months. This delay caused our home to develop mold problems that showed up 2 days after the roof was complete. But our prayers were answered after a friend introduced us to David. He was wonderful , prompt, knowledgeable and every phone call, text or email we sent was answered without delay.
Our family of 6 will always be grateful for David’s help and concern.

David has been amazing. His tireless work to walk us through, step by step is unfamiliar to me. Most customer based service professionals are typically a bit disappointing. Not David. David Dwyer is the man to go to for public adjusters. He went above and beyond to teach me what to look for in a house. I highly recommend him as his genuine comments and concern reached at a high level. Moving from Chicago to Orlando the houses are designed extremely different so with my inability to understand what to look for, David clearly laid out the guidelines and pointed out helpful hints on what to look for in a house. His high intelligence about houses was explained thoroughly and efficiently. I felt extremely comfortable and cared for as David is here not for the money, but for you.
