This office is running a scam! When my insurance policy was "bound" and established over the phone, my financial account information was provided immediately after confirming the policy amount being paid in full. Days later I discovered they charged my account substantially more than the policy amount. They have provided a large array of explanations trying to justify their actions; six months later with the dispute still outstanding they billed my account again requiring me to file another suit with corporate! Stay away from AllState and this office!
