Christine Jensen was great to work with. She asked loads of questions to get to really understand what our goals were. Then she made excellent use of some great online tools to show us some options and was amazing at describing them. She let us come to the conclusion on which option was best for us but made recommendations when we asked. Christine is very knowledgeable and does great job explaining the process of a refinance, a new purchase or a reverse mortgage. If there is a situation where client will not benefit from refinance, Christine will let them know and advise them to not move forward.
Christine helped my wife and I refinance our home a couple of years ago, and we couldn't be happier with the process and the communication throughout. I have introduced Christine to a number of my clients, and they have let me know they are very happy with the level of customer service they received.
